Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.


 

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

 


Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care items cannot be returned.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

 


We will resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or refund.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges.


If you would like a different item, place a new order after your return is approved.

 


 

European Union Customers

 

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
